Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ptkpk online gaming and sports betting platform, including all features, content, games, betting markets, and services offered through the platform (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and ptkpk. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

ptkpk reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

Eligibility

To register and use a ptkpk account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ptkpk does not permit any player under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registration by automated systems, bots, or agents acting on behalf of another person without explicit written authority is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and active mobile number capable of receiving verification messages.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of ptkpk, nor a close family member of any such person, where that relationship could create a conflict of interest.
• You must not be registered on a self-exclusion list, either voluntarily through ptkpk's own responsible gaming tools or through any external exclusion programme applicable to your jurisdiction.

ptkpk reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address from any account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period specified by ptkpk may result in account suspension, forfeiture of pending withdrawals, and cancellation of active bonuses. Age verification is a legal and ethical obligation — ptkpk takes it seriously.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account on ptkpk. Multiple accounts — whether created by the same individual using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ptkpk will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any messaging service. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ptkpk support immediately by emailing [email protected]. ptkpk will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include a temporary account freeze pending review.
• Account details including registered name and date of birth cannot be changed after initial verification. If a data entry error was made at registration, contact support immediately — changes after verification is completed require additional documentation.
• ptkpk accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any credits or bonuses therein to any other person.
• ptkpk uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your account and transaction data. You acknowledge that no digital system is entirely risk-free and agree to take reasonable precautions to protect your own login information.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ptkpk are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). ptkpk supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per 24-hour period. Current limits are displayed within your account cashier section and may be updated from time to time at ptkpk's discretion.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same-source rule). This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect account holders.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for Visa and Mastercard may be longer depending on the issuing bank. ptkpk is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking networks.
• All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. ptkpk may request identity and address documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding standard thresholds.
• Deposits made but not used for wagering may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. ptkpk will notify you if such a review is initiated.
• ptkpk does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or mobile money service) may apply their own fees, for which ptkpk accepts no responsibility.

Any funds that are the proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity must not be deposited into a ptkpk account. ptkpk cooperates fully with applicable authorities in investigating suspicious transaction activity and will report such activity as required by law.

Bonuses and Promotions

ptkpk offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (rollover multiplier) applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms and conditions. The standard welcome bonus wagering requirement is stated in the promotion page.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household, and per shared IP address or device. Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom, along with account suspension.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds or free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will be removed from your account automatically. ptkpk is not obligated to provide notice before bonus expiry.
• ptkpk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable consumer protection obligations. Active bonus claims will be honoured according to the terms in effect at the time the bonus was claimed.
• Bonuses may only be used for their intended purpose — gameplay on the ptkpk Platform. Bonus funds may not be transferred to other accounts, converted to cash before wagering requirements are met, or used in combination with other bonuses unless the specific promotion explicitly permits it.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on ptkpk are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or market before placing bets. The following general gameplay terms apply across the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ptkpk does not accept bet cancellation requests after confirmation, except where a manifest technical error on the part of ptkpk has resulted in an incorrect bet being recorded.
• In the event of a technical failure, game malfunction, or connectivity interruption during a game round, ptkpk will endeavour to restore the game to its correct state. Where restoration is not possible, affected bets will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account balance.
• Winnings from games and betting markets will be credited to your account balance promptly upon settlement. For live sporting events, settlement occurs after the official result is confirmed by the relevant sporting authority. ptkpk is not responsible for delays in official result confirmation.
• Maximum win limits apply per game round, per session, and per rolling 30-day period. These limits are displayed within the relevant game lobby or betting market. ptkpk reserves the right to limit winnings paid out to any single player at its reasonable discretion.
• ptkpk uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology for all non-live casino games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, whose own RNG and fairness certifications apply.

In the event of a discrepancy between the game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on ptkpk's servers, the server-side result shall be the definitive record. ptkpk maintains comprehensive server-side logs of all game rounds for audit purposes.

Responsible Gaming

ptkpk is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a solution to financial difficulty. The following responsible gaming commitments and requirements apply to all accounts:

• ptkpk provides voluntary deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion tools accessible from your account settings. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. Setting a deposit limit does not prevent you from reducing the limit further at any time.
• Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended, all promotional communications will cease, and you will not be able to re-register or open a new account on ptkpk for the duration of the exclusion period.
• ptkpk will never market aggressively to players who have indicated problem gambling behaviour, set exclusion periods, or contacted support regarding gambling concerns. Such players will be removed from all marketing lists immediately.
• Players who believe their gambling has become problematic are encouraged to contact ptkpk support at [email protected] for guidance on self-exclusion options and external support resources available to players in Bangladesh.

ptkpk strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned to the deposit source after deducting any winnings derived from gameplay, and the matter will be documented in line with ptkpk's legal obligations.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ptkpk. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening, operating, or using multiple accounts on ptkpk, whether directly or through associates, for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses, circumventing account limits, or any other reason.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in any way that is not consistent with genuine human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker variants, coordinated crash game strategies, or sharing game outcome information in live dealer games.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are the proceeds of any illegal activity, including fraud, theft, drug trafficking, or any other criminal enterprise.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, manipulate, or otherwise interfere with any part of the Platform's software, security systems, game engines, or payment infrastructure.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, bonus claims, or any support interaction with ptkpk.

Account Suspension and Termination

ptkpk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ptkpk, or provision of fraudulent documentation during the verification process.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 21, is a ptkpk employee or close associate, or is registered on a self-exclusion list.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity associated with the account, including patterns of unusual transaction activity flagged by ptkpk's compliance monitoring systems.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements, and any funds subject to a fraud or compliance investigation) will be returned to the payment method on file within a reasonable processing period. ptkpk will communicate the reason for account closure to the extent permitted by applicable law and its own compliance obligations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ptkpk Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, page layouts, written content, promotional materials, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of ptkpk or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of ptkpk intellectual property — including screen-scraping, data harvesting, unauthorised reproduction of game content, or use of ptkpk trademarks without written permission — may result in legal action. If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your own intellectual property rights, please contact ptkpk at [email protected] with full details of the alleged infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ptkpk's liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• ptkpk is not liable for any loss of anticipated profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, even where ptkpk was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• ptkpk is not liable for service interruptions, Platform downtime, game unavailability, or delays in payment processing caused by factors outside ptkpk's reasonable control, including third-party payment network outages, government actions, or natural events.
• ptkpk does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and connection are secure before accessing the Platform.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ptkpk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by ptkpk's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

ptkpk collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ptkpk uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and where you have opted in, to send you promotional communications about ptkpk offers and events.

Amendments to These Terms

ptkpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes to these Terms will be notified to registered players via the email address on file or via an in-Platform notification displayed upon login. The revised Terms will specify the date on which they take effect. If you continue to use the Platform after the revised Terms take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact ptkpk support to request account closure. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms, including the effective date stated therein.

Contact and Disputes

If you have a complaint, query, or dispute regarding any aspect of your ptkpk account, a transaction, a game outcome, a bonus, or these Terms, you should in the first instance contact ptkpk's customer support team. All support requests and formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. ptkpk will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 2 business days and will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts or arbitration mechanisms for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through ptkpk's internal complaints process.
